TREŠNJEVKA - NORTH

Trešnjevka stretches over the western part of Zagreb, in the strictest sense it is the part around the Ozaljska street, where the Park Stara Trešnjevka and Trešnjevačka market are located.

Due to the good connection with the tram and the distance from the city center of 10min by public transport, Trešnjevka is still a popular neighborhood with many newly built residential buildings in the smaller streets, just a few minutes walk from the tram zone. The vicinity to the city center raises the price of a square meter. Therefore, according to the data, the average price of a square meter is around 1,550 euros (Njuškalo, February 2016).

In broad terms there is the rest of Trešnjevka, Voltino and Rudeš.

Rudeš is specific in that it still has, unlike other neighborhoods of Trešnjevka, more households than residential buildings.
