DONJI GRAD

Donji Grad includes the city center, south of Gornji Grad to the railway line, west to the Republic of Austria street, and east to Heinzelova street.

This urban center is the heart of the city. It includes a variety of shops, restaurants and various cultural attractions.

It is built around the main square, the Ban Josip Jelačić Square, and it is connected to all parts of the city.

The city center has its own green oasis, King Tomislav Square and the famous park Zrinjevac, which many consider the most beautiful park in Zagreb, recently the center of various cultural events.
